Ground Person

The Role:

Handyman involving:

• Upkeeping facility with repair and maintenance works on school grounds
• Basic painting, patching, repairing locks and globes
• Internal fixtures such as wall fixtures, furniture, hardware and plumbing.
• Manual labour moving furniture and materials
• Basic gardening such as whipper snipping, ride on mowing and hedging
• Use of computer programs to log and update jobs
• Other duties as required

Experience - Qualifications essential

• Experience in a similar role min 2 years
• Current Working with Children Check
• Own car and current C class Driver’s licence
• White Card
• National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
• Clear Drug and Alcohol screening
